Hello and welcome to my site. My name is Ash and I'm a level 3 Personal trainer & a level 4 Nutrition Coach. I am currently studying to be a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I have always had a passion for sports and exercise ever since I was at school where it was the only thing that would keep me focused. This led me to join the British Army where I served in the infantry for 5 years.

 

As a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping parents achieve their fitness goals, I specialise in creating personalised programmes that fit into your busy family lives. As a father myself, I understand the unique challenges parents face, from time constraints to increasing energy levels. My mission is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable and effective. I absolutely love Ash’s bootcamp style of training. I felt like I’d found my ‘tribe’ when I started training with him and with others in his ‘platoon’ but he has also broadened my training to ensure I do a full range of activities/styles of exercise. I have also benefitted from his personalised nutrition check ins to stay accountable and better focus on whole foods which has resulted in dropping a dress size in a relatively short time.
The other plus is the community he has created (the aforementioned platoon) which sees others support/compete with/train with you and spur you on to meet your goals. It’s a privilege to be part of.

I have been working with Ash now for 6 weeks. He's turned a gym hating woman into someone who enjoys exercise. I enjoy the PT sessions and always look forward to the next. I have gained so much knowledge on how to use equipment safely and correctly. My biggest fear was doing something wrong and being laughed at. I now walk into the gym and do the programme alone with confidence. I feel so much stronger in body and mind. Best decision I ever made.

I started my fitness journey last March with the aim of getting fit and strong enough to join the army. This is when I met Ash, being former military I couldn't have found a better trainer for my goals. Immediately from our first consultation meeting I came away knowing Ash would be a great trainer. He has a great deal of knowledge and every session is fun (sometimes brutal) but our PT sessions were always the highlight of my week. With Ash I actually achieved my end of year weight goal within our first 2 months of training, I feel stronger and have put on muscle, I couldn't recommend him highly enough, regardless of your goals!
